About Me

Presence, Adventure, Connection & Service

are now the points of my compass

My mission is to be a Purposeful Adventurer: explore the world, meet “all” the people, and support those who want to live their life to the fullest.

I use all of my experiences, strengths, and the latest psychological research to support You to thrive.

meaning,  Adventure & Passion

I create a culture of tapping into your courage, values, and creativity, so you discover your Meaning in life.

With clarity about your purpose & mission, using your Passions and your sense of Adventure, you could build a reality beyond your “impossible” dreams.

I craft for you a scientifically informed practice that is nuanced and results-based, drawing from my experience as a Positive Psychologist, Entrepreneur, and Leader.

My coaching is energetic, challenging, and transformational.

If we speak, your life will change. That’s for sure.

I’ve always been extremely curious…

…initially about how things work, later on about how people and the mind work.

As a kid I was fascinated by electronics and human biology: I wanted to be a BioEngineer. During my 20s, as a young engineer working in the automotive industry, I discovered the power of leadership over technical matters: I decided to be a leader & have a global career.

For the following 20 years, I lived in 11 different countries, grew a passion for cultures, and discover the power of mindset. It took me about 10 years leading teams in corporations to discover a higher-way-of-leading: supporting people to grow to levels that themselves never thought possible (in academia “transformative leadership”)

All great, but there have to be more…

In my late 30s, I was doing “well”: I had a loving family, lived and traveled to most parts of the world, had good career & bucks, and (to me) I was doing some good for others….

Still, I needed to contribute more, have wilder adventures, and bigger challenges. Deep inside, I knew I had more to bring to the table. It can’t be all there is in keep doing the same thing (you already know) until you retire…get your 401k…go golfing… dying.

I started a quest for meaning, for what I really wanted to do, to what was truly important for me. I wondered: Who I want to be? how I want to live my life, to be laughing and thriving when I’ll be in my deadbed… knowing under my skin that I lived a fully explored life.

Turn around, and keep challenges coming up…

I applied to Harvard to become a Psychologist (lots of struggles getting in) and soon after 40, I became a Positive Psychologist & Professional Coach. I founded a Non for profit in Africa, an Entrepreneurs Academy in the US and launched this Platform to support leaders & entrepreneurs find more meaning, create higher challenges, and deliver more than ever thought possible.

I combine cutting-edge research in psychological science, mindfulness (ancient and modern schools) with Total Pragmatism, to get real results, consistently, for everyone who’s committed, including the extra-demanding highest achievers.

We Catalyze, and You Make it Happen…

“Your brain can not help, but learn.”

The primary driver for learning and changing your brain is BEHAVIOR.

Our behaviors change our brains. Everything we do, encounter, and experience changes our minds for the better or the worse.

We will work to Intentionally define what is meaningful to you and what you want to achieve. Then, we’ll create and use tools to support you in practicing the behaviors you need.

Who are you clients? With who do you work?

My clients are men and women entrepreneurs or in a corporate career, in their 30s and 40s, living in the US, Europe, or remotely.

They are already accomplished in one career or business and usually want “more” and “new” but don’t know what that could be.

My clients are eager to engage in new learning, feel excited about big projects, and value their autonomy and self-determination enormously.

For me, it is a Must for working together that you have: commitment, consistency, courage, and openness to explore, implement, and fail.

Which tools do you use? are scientifically proven?

I bring to the table a dozen approaches; From psychology: Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Coaching Psychology. From business: Entrepreneurship models, Negotiation, and Leadership. I research the science of Motivation and Willpower.

Our sessions are ‘technically’ “self-induced neuroplasticity supported through a coaching relationship.” Practically, look like a fun, challenging, enlighting creative conversation :-))

What are your greatest achievements?

Little brainstorming of what today I think are great achievements:

  • Pivoting and re-inventing constantly my career and life.
  • Founding & making work a Non-profit in Africa (after failing in 2)
  • Launching a K2-10 school in Uganda.
  • Achieving one at a time dreams I have; crossing african savannah in motorcycle, hunting in the night with Bushmen, graduating from Harvard. I’m now “working on” a 250k run through Sahara and receiving a Philosophy degree.
Why do you do this work?

After achieving about 3/4 of my possibilities in one “regular” career, I realized that there was much more to explore, learn, and be than spending another 20+ years in a fancy job thinking I was great.

About 5 years ago, I felt the NEED to contribute more. One day I realized: “I can truly do much more for others, and that is exactly the challenge I want”; I only need to find the way to do it. Since then, I couldn’t Unsee that thought anymore.

I am now always finding a way to be of incredible service to others while flourishing myself. It is undoubtedly challenging and rewarding at the same time.

In what are you unique? What is your expertise?

I think that of all my past experiences: my failures, my wins, my transformations make, and make every one of us, unique. The value comes from how you use those resources to make you better.

I developed expertise combining Psychological science (research and evidence-based) with the art of connecting and supporting other person’s growth. I am a specialist in behavior change.

I think my love, enthusiasm, passion, and mastery beliefs are the signature of my uniqueness :-).

finding what’s your next level in life

and creating it.

New challenges, more meaning, wilder adventures, living your true passions…What’s your next level?

Are you an accomplished professional in a great corporate career longing to have a deeper meaning, more novelty or develop your passions?

Are you having success but little impact?

Are you delivering well but playing little?

Are you looking for a new, different, bigger challenge to grow to the next level in your life?

Are you in the middle of a life transition and feeling scared about making the wrong decision?

You don’t get better by doing the same thing for 20 years

You need to increase your awareness and challenge your psychology of possibilities: to then be Intentional and Relentless to Learn, Experiment, and Optimize your craft.
